Trevor Houser Trevor Houser, visiting fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, is also Senior Advisor, US Special Envoy on Climate Change. He is a partner at the Rhodium Group and director of its Energy & Climate Practice. He is also an adjunct professor at City College of New York and a visiting fellow at the school's Colin Powell Center for Policy Studies. His areas of research include energy markets, climate change, and the role emerging Asian countries play in both. He is coauthor of The Positive Agenda for Climate Change and Trade (forthcoming), China's Energy Evolution: The Consequences of Powering Growth at Home and Abroad (forthcoming), Tackling Climate Change in a Global Economy (forthcoming), and Leveling the Carbon Playing Field: International Competition and US Climate Policy Design (2008). |
